Meet Debella
Debella has been altering garments for 20 years, and every fitting at the studio is with her.
She pins the garment on you herself, does the work herself, and hands it back to you herself. There is nobody else for it to be passed to — which is the whole reason the studio works by appointment.
She works with professionally electrified vintage Singer machines — working tools, not display pieces. She prefers them for the control and precision they give her when altering a garment: feeling the fabric move under the needle, and being able to follow a pinned line accurately, are part of getting the finish right.

From your first message to collecting the garment.

Book a fitting
Get in touch online, by phone or WhatsApp and arrange a suitable appointment.

Try on, discuss & pin
You come to the Havant studio, put the garment on, discuss what needs changing, and it is pinned and marked while you are wearing it.

Agree the price & completion date
Once the alteration has been assessed in person, a clear price and estimated completion date are agreed before any work begins.

Final fitting & collection
The work is completed and you try the garment on again before taking it away.

Parking
Customer parking is available on the large driveway at the front entrance.
Additional free parking for up to 2 hours is available at Solent Retail Park on Solent Road, by M&S, opposite the property.

Bring the garment to the studio and we will try it on, talk it through and pin it in place. You will have a clear price and a completion date before any work begins.
